It's true! Studies have shown that employees with a positive (or growth) mindset are over 55% more successful. That is why incorporating mindset practices into the workforce is becoming increasingly popular. Happier employees are more creative, productive, and eager to engage with others in team environments.
Large corporations are beginning to adopt these practices from an HR perspective. I see it differently. From a UX perspective, the employees and teams are the users, and to understand the specific mindset-strengthening tools that will work for them, we first have to understand their starting points and needs. Every employee and team is different. There is no single solution. Therefore, I use qualitative and quantitative data from employee and emotional intelligence surveys to create a unique program that strengthens team collaboration and individual mindset growth.
